Using this website and associated pages, including implementation of suggestions set out by this website or any of it's resources, does not create a professional-client relationship between you, the company, or its owner.

The company and owner cannot accept you as an official client until we determine there is a fit and until various requirements, such as fee arrangements, are resolved. Subscription Services & Refund Policy

Penman Ventures LLC may offer a subscription based service for supporters, patrons, and invested readers of the web journal that provides open access to all content and some additional benefits and opportunities as they become available.

Subscriptions are offered on a monthly or yearly basis and access is provided for the duration of the subscription that which is paid for. There is a free subscription available for casual readers and community members as well.

At this time, paid subscriptions are non-refundable. Payments for products such as books and other sold content are subject to the refund policies of the respective vendors (I.E. Amazon and like retailers), and physical goods which is purchased direct from the content creator are eligible for a 14-day refund observing appropriate copyright practices. Digital goods purchased direct from the content creator are non-refundable at this time.

Deliverables and commissioned work are subject to contract agreements between the writer and client and are therefore varied on a case by case basis. For more details, be sure to ask the writer for more details at the time of request prior to arranging a contract for your commission.
